Parent/Guardian Attendance
We guide and supervise the class; however, each child in the toddlers class (1-3 years) MUST have a parent or guardian present.
Children in the preschool class (4-6 years) do not require parent/guardian supervision, but parents or guardians are always welcome to sit-in and join us!
Missed Sessions
Because our group classes run for a specified semester length and we have partnered with Music Land for a certain number of days/weeks, we are unable to offer makeup sessions or refunds for individual absences. You will, however, still have access to all materials that were part of a missed session. We are also more than happy to answer any questions you may have for the activities that took part on the day your child was absent.
Emergency Closings or Studio Cancellations
In the event that Music Land has a delay or closing and/or Sparky’s Music Studios cancels a session for an emergency, we will work with the store for scheduling an alternative date to replace that cancelled session. If we are unable to determine an appropriate rescheduled date, families will be refunded for that cancelled week’s session.
Registration Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the start of classes for a full refund to be processed. Refunds will not be honored for cancelling registration with less than 2 weeks notice.
